Whey protein is a quickly digested protein, and as such it is ideal to use during workout and post-workout. During the post workout time, there is a great need for amino acids to begin muscle repair and Whey protein is excellent for this. Whey is highly bioavailable, and boasts the highest biological value of any protein source. Therefore, a whey product may be an excellent choice for those looking for a protein product that can be readily used by the body to build mass.

Casein protein is slower absorbing from the stomach and small intestine so the blood amino acid levels don’t rise quite as rapidly. The slow absorption will help sustain elevated amino acid levels over a longer period of time. Casein is extracted from the milk through ultra filtration, without the use of chemicals. This process increases the amount of bioactive milk peptides that support immune function as well as enhance muscle growth. Because this type or protein is an extremely slow digesting protein, which some people mistake for being inferior. However casein is a rich protein source that will feed the body at a steady rate, which makes it ideal as a dietary supplement during the day or as a night-time protein to feed the body while you sleep.

Casein is the only protein you should be taking before going to sleep. The reason is because your body needs to be sustained for six to eight hours during your sleep without food. Casein protein is also found in milk but works more slowly and also sticks around in the blood for longer. It also has properties that help prevent muscle depletion. Casein is best taken before bedtime when the body needs a steady supply of proteins while the muscles repair and rebuild during the night.

Egg protein is considered to be one of the best forms of natural protein. The white of eggs contains the proteins. Egg Protein Powder Egg protein is still one of the highest-quality proteins available. It is virtually devoid of carbs and fat, and it is readily digested and absorbed. Egg yolks provide healthy fats, as well as highly bioavailable iron, riboflavin, folate, vitamins B12, D and E, and choline (which enhances strength and brain function).

While the word thong often brings one specific style of the underwear to mind, there are actually a number of different styles that can be referred to as thongs. Each has distinct characteristics, and cater to a number of stylistic preferences. You might not be daring enough to wear that g-string in public, but tanga here you come!

1. G-string:

This is, by far, the scantiest type of thong. Whimsically referred to as ‘butt floss’, a g-string consists of a small front triangle, with strings that go around your hips and under your behind.

2. Tanga:

In contrast to the G-string, the Tanga covers quite a large area. The front is completely covered, and in the back the material is higher cut, usually curving up a few inches above the butt.

3. Thong:

The part of the thong family that is actually called a thong has more coverage than the g-string, with material in the front, commonly in a triangle shape, and a 1/2-1 inch strip of fabric to cover the backside (details at [http://www.SpicyRelationships.com/lingerie/]).

4. V-string:

This thong is known for the V shape that it makes going up the back. It is commonly used in one piece swimsuits, and offers slightly more coverage than a g-string.

5. T Back:

This thong has a good amount of front coverage, and has a wide waistband going around the back. The T shape is made by the juncture of the waistband part merging into the back material of the thong.

6. Rio:

The Rio is commonly known as a ‘starter thong’. If you don’t know whether thongs are for you, or you think g-strings are a bit too risque, then this thong might be for you. It resembles high cut bikini briefs more than anything else, and makes a nice transitional garment.

No matter what flavor of thong you’re into, there’s a style and shape for to suit almost everyone’s tastes!

a). There is a router & there is a modem-router (built-in DSL modem, so you can get rid of your old modem and get rid of the associated wires and power supply, but do return it to your ISP)
b). what range & Speed you are looking for?
c). what type of equipment are you planning to hook up right now and in the foreseeable future?
d). your budget.
e). would you have it sit on the desk or mount it on the wall/ceiling?

Alright, so here we are trying to find answer to your questions, now do keep in mind, while there are good routers and bad routers, you need to watch out your needs, instead of looking for just the best one in the market.

what is the 802.11b/g/n?

i will not go into deep details, to keep it simple to understand, i will just give you an idea: if you are fine with a speed that will go at max 54Mbps (it’s megabits, not bytes FYI), then 802.11g is good enough for you, don’t bother with 802.11b, it’s old tech and no longer feasible to buy, plus new routers are all backward compatible, means 802.11n will have a/b/g as well in most cases.

why i say 54Mbps “max” is because you would require a capable wireless network card in your laptop/pc, and a close enough distance to the router, the further you are from router the lesser the speed.

The 802.11n will give you a very good speed and almost longer distance coverage, while 802.11b can be as good as a cordless phone, 802.11n can give you almost double the range (70 meters). if you can, then go for a 802.11 a/b/g/n router, meaning that you are picking latest tech. and future-proofing your investment.

if you need to mount it or you want to have a whole lot of devices or if you are planning for a business which has a lot of employees carrying wireless devices, then go for a secure institutional router, or one that can mount on ceiling or wall.

Check the interface on a simulation website for the model you choose so that you know if you will be happy configuring and using it, most have a well designed interface but some can just go offboard.

Other Features

Firewall: you would love to have this feature, you may turn this off, but this is a must, and a good router firewall is indispensable.

Mac Filtering: This feature allows you to only have the selected devices connect to the router, so if you want to filter all Mac addresses other than your laptop, nothing else will be able to join that network.

Built in device support: some routers have support for a network storage, like external HDD, a print server, or flash drives.

Ethernet ports: ensure you get at least 4 ports, some routers have it missing, with just 1 port, so be aware.

Game mode: this feature allows gaming traffic to run on priority and also have games pass through firewall without spoiling your gaming mood:-)

one click configure: some would have a one click button to enable easy configure mode to enable you to hook up devices without any trouble, but this is not usually a secure way to connect.

Security support: routers come with WEP, WPA security, today you should not pick anything less than the WPA as WEP is weak and suspect to hacks and security holes. WPA2 and enterprise should be the support you should look at.

Role mode: some routers have a switch system or firmware control to function as a router, repeater, or access point, router connects wired and wireless clients, access point connects to another routers and just connects wireless clients, and a repeater would just act as a range extender to another wireless router.

Other firmware features:There are a lot of other features like parental filters, filtering out unwanted sites, listing sites you do not want to visit, or just listing sites that you only want to visit, you can in fact hook up a router in access point mode so your kids can have a separate hardware firewall conditioning traffic going to their mobile devices.

To sum it up, you need to really look at the features above and anything specif what you may need and compare with whats in the market to decide what you need and what’s best for you, there is only 1 perfectness in this situation, your need, and you need to find the router matching it.

Can men really have multiple orgasms? Why is it that different men can experience different types of orgasms? As you can see, the issue of male orgasm can be rather perplexing.

Basically, the primary reason for the male orgasm is to powerfully discharge sperm to fertilize the female for the purpose of making babies although some men may not ejaculate any semen at all during an orgasm. Robert Kinsey, a scientist in human sexuality described orgasm as an explosive discharge of neuromuscular tension.

We all know that having an orgasm is an incredibly pleasurable experience. This is nature’s way of making sure that human beings want more sex to experience the pleasure again and thus to ensure the survival of the our species.

Some men can and do have orgasms without ejaculation at all. Others do not ejaculate immediately and the ejaculation may occur only after a few seconds after the climax. Some fortunate men will even experience multiple orgasms. Fortunately, you can train yourself to be multi-orgasmic.

Male orgasms not only a physical effect, but psychological ones too. For instances, some guys get the pleasurable feelings only in the genital area while others have the sensation spreading throughout various parts of the body often accompanied by pleasurable shuddering. As such, how much of the sensation of an orgasm is actually physical in nature and how much of it is psychological is kind of difficult to determine.

During the act of making love, as a man approaches orgasm, the muscles of the penis starts to contract rhythmically so as to ejaculate sperm. As the orgasm continues, his blood pressure, breathing pace and heart rate all increase at once.

The ejaculation stage is the most pleasurable state during sex and thus many men, in order to stay at that stage longer consume health supplements to increase their sperm volume for the fact that the more sperm one has to ejaculate, the more powerful and longer the orgasms will be. Others train themselves to have multiple orgasms to maintain the pleasure. Contrary to popular belief, men can have multiple orgasms.

Most men are quiet during an orgasm although some may make pleasurable noises like women do in their orgasmic stage. Many men also feel some tenderness on their penis after n ejaculation.

After all the sperm is being ejaculated, there is a sense relief and many men actually fell asleep almost immediately. Do you want to know why do guys feel sleepy after having an orgasm? Well, I did say that the male orgasm is rather perplexing, didn’t I?

According to Dr. David McKenzie, a sex therapist in based Vancouver said that a man’s body chemistry is altered after an orgasm. The biochemical called prolactin is being released thus physically altering his body and making him wanting to doze off. Furthermore, the physical exertion during the act of sex and the orgasm may have depleted his energy producing glycogen (stored carbohydrates in the liver and the muscles), which makes him lethargic.

However, not all men fall asleep after they have climaxed as many do enjoy cuddling or talking to their lovers and sometimes, it is their female sexual partners who actually fall asleep first. So the notion held by most women that men are only interested in having sex and once that is over, they just roll over to sleep may not be that accurate after all.

To sum up this article, yes, there are different types of orgasms men can experience, but all of us want to experience better orgasms and there are ways to do that such as by increasing your sperm load through healthy exercise programs, eating healthily and to take supplements such as zinc. Alternatively, learn the technique to acquire multi-orgasmic capability.

Creativity can be defined as problem identification and idea generation whilst innovation can be defined as idea selection, development and commercialisation.

There are other useful definitions in this field, for example, creativity can be defined as consisting of a number of ideas, a number of diverse ideas and a number of novel ideas.

There are distinct processes that enhance problem identification and idea generation and, similarly, distinct processes that enhance idea selection, development and commercialisation. Whilst there is no sure fire route to commercial success, these processes improve the probability that good ideas will be generated and selected and that investment in developing and commercialising those ideas will not be wasted.

Types of Innovation

Tidd et al (2005) argue that there are four types of innovation; consequently the innovator has four pathways to investigate when searching for good ideas:

a)Product Innovation – new products or improvements on products. The new Mini or the updated VX Beetle, new models of mobile phones and so on.

b)Process Innovation – where some part of the process is improved to bring benefit. Just in Time is a good example.

c)Positioning Innovation – Lucozade used to be a medicinal drink but the was repositioned as a sports drink.

d)Paradigm Innovation – where major shifts in thinking cause change. During the time of the expensive mainframe, Bill Gates and others aimed to provide a home computer for everyone.

These and other topics are covered in depth in the MBA dissertation on Managing Creativity & Innovation, which can be purchased (along with an Innovation Bible, Creativity and Innovation DIY Audit, Good Idea Generator Software and Power Point Presentation) from http://www.managing-creativity.com/

During the initial steps in filing for federal disability benefits, individuals are often confused as to what programs are available to them and what differences exist between these programs. There are two programs that are funded through the Social Security Administration (SSA) they are Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI).

Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI)

SSDI is a federal disability insurance program established by Title II of the Social Security. It is designed to provide income to people who are unable to work because of a disability and is intended to be provide benefits until one’s improves, or guarantees income if the individual’s condition does not improve. SSDI is reserved for those individuals who have worked enough to earn sufficient “work credits”, with a work credit equaling to a quarter of a year of employment; so an individual can “earn” up to 4 work credits per year.

The work credit requirement to qualify for SSDI is dependent on an individual’s age. For example:

• Before age 24–You may qualify if you have 6 credits earned in the 3-year period ending when your disability starts.

• Age 24 to 31–You may qualify if you have credit for working half the time between age 21 and the time you become disabled. For example, if you become disabled at age 27, you would need credit for 3 years of work (12 credits) out of the past 6 years (between ages 21 and 27).

• Age 31 or older–In general, you need to have the number of work credits shown in the chart below. Unless you are blind, you must have earned at least 20 of the credits in the 10 years immediately before you became disabled.

Born after 1929,

The benefit of filing for SSDI is that the back pay is from the date of the initial filing + plus up to 12 months back (depending on the onset date of the disability) with payments are based on the individual’s earning record. Additional benefits include: eligibility for Medicare, benefits has a dependents under age 18, and opportunities to return to work while still receiving disability benefits.

Supplemental Security Income (SSI)

SSI is another federal financial assistance program, established by Title 16 of the Social Security Act, which provides monthly payments to individuals who have either never worked or have insufficient credits on their earnings record to qualify for SSDI. Under SSI, an individual still has to meet the same requirements and similar qualifications for SSDI. However, there are some differences in the type of benefits received.

For SSI, benefits only go back to the date of filing, with benefit payments changing per year based on a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA). Currently payments are set at $674.00/month for an individual and $1,011.00/month per couple. If an individual qualifies to receive SSI benefits they also become eligible for Medicaid.

Additionally, as a needs based program, one of the requirements to receiving SSI is that an individual’s income must be below certain limits. Any benefit awarded is offset but other sources of income or benefits, such that if a person receiving benefits is also receiving upwards of $2,000.00 a month of outside support; benefits and payments may stop.

Qualifying

According to the Social Security Administration (SSA), a person qualifies for SSDI if they:

• have a physical or mental condition that prevents them from engaging in any “substantial gainful activity” (“SGA”), and

• the condition is expected to last at least 12 months or result in death, and

• they are under the age of 65, and

• generally, have worked 5 out of the last 10 years as of the determined date of onset of disability

A person qualifies for SSI if they:

• They are 65 or older, blind, or disabled.

• They legally reside in one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Northern Mariana Islands, or are the child of military parent(s) assigned to permanent duty outside of the US, or are a student (certain restrictions apply) temporarily abroad.

• They have income and resources within certain limits.

• They have applied for the benefits.

Additionally, the SSA determines if an individual is disabled by establishing (in order of importance) whether the individual:

• falls into one of the grid rulings ( http://www.gridrules.net/ )

• meets the requirements for one or more of the listings ( http://www.ssa.gov/disability/professionals/bluebook/AdultListings.htm ); or

• has a residual functional capacity with severe limits: i.e., lives a less the sedentary lifestyle

Applying

An individual can qualify for both SSDI and SSI benefits simultaneously, and applying for both can certainly maximize any benefits that you may receive.

If you believe that you qualify for either SSDI or SSI benefits you should contact your local Social Security Administration Office to set up an appoint or to pick up an application, the Tulsa SSA office can be reached at (866)931-7106. Or if you would prefer, initial applications can be started and filed online at: http://www.socialsecurity.gov/.

An Overview

When a person suffers a burn, there are three types of scars which can emerge: Keloid, Hypertrophic, and Contractures. Keloid scars result from an overgrowth of scar tissue. The scars are generally red or pink in coloring but turn brown with time. Hypertrophic scars are raise, red, and thick. They differ from Keloid scars as they do not extend beyond the site of injury. Contracture scars emerge from a tightening of skin. These scars can affect the underlying tendons and muscles limiting mobility as well as causing nerve damage.

Keloid Scars

A Keloid scar involves a growth of excessive scar tissue beyond the site of the burn injury. It is caused when the body continues to produce collagen even after the wound has healed. These scars are very thick, ridged, nodular and itchy during formation. If the scar becomes too extensive it may limit mobility. Keloid scars are sensitive to friction such as clothing rubbing against them. People with darker skin and a youthful age are most likely to develop Keloids.

They can be minimized through cyrotherapy (freezing), cortisone injections, external pressure, steroid injections, radiation, or surgical removal. Generally, injections and external pressure are attempted first and if unsuccessful, outpatient surgery is performed under a local anesthesia. Doctors may recommend pressure garments to be worn to prevent Keloids from re-occurring. Treatments may be needed every few years as Keloids commonly reappear.

Hypertrophic Scars

Hypertrophic scars are limited to the site of injury and will improve over time. With the assistance of steroids, the healing process can be expedited.

Contractures

A contracture scar occurs when the skin tightens permanently. This can limit mobility as well as cause nerve damage. The scar develops when normal elastic tissues are replaced by inelastic fibrous tissue. This new tissue is resistant to stretching and inhibits normal movement.

Physical therapy combined with pressure and exercise can be helpful in aiding these scars. If therapeutic treatment does not succeed, surgery may be needed. A skin graft of flap procedure may be performed by a doctor. In addition, there are new techniques such as Z-plasty or tissue expansion which may be recommended.

If you have shopped in a supermarket then you would be exposed to the coffee bean types that are showcased on its shelving. Based on that, there are easily 20-30 varieties of it.

So, you must be thinking if I would have the space to squeeze all those information into this article. Well, the fact is I would probably need only a few paragraphs to share with you on the types of beans available.

This is because there are only 2 varieties of the beans, the rest are more of the grading and brands of it. And if you are a coffee drinker, chances are you would have heard of these two names before.

The first name that I am highlighting make up 70% of the world consumption and its scientific name is Coffea Arabica and between the two types of coffee beans, this is the one that is highly favored.

It is also much more costly than the other one due to its unique growing conditions. For these plants to thrive, you would need at altitude of at least a thousand meter and the temperature cannot go beyond 20 degree Celsius.

In comparison, the second type of coffee that makes up the 30% of the coffee consumption can be grown in temperature as high as 27 degree Celsius and on almost any grounds. It is very hardy but coffee drinkers do not like the bitterness that is associated with this type of beans.

Its scientific name is Coffea Canephora and most of us know it by the name Robusta. This is considered to be inferior to Arabica and is seldom sold by itself. The only genre of products that has these beans by itself is processed or canned coffee that does not has a strong focus on the flavor of the beans.

The other uses for these beans are fillers for Arabica beans, which because of its higher pricing would usually be packed with a generous dose of Robusta to make it affordable to consumers.

If you read the labels in the supermarket, you would always see a brand name followed by the blend and the roasting method. Very rarely, you would see either type of beans by itself.

Then what about the Blue Mountains, Kenya AA or the Kona coffee? The fact is, all these are Arabica beans, but they are prized for the locality which they are being grown in. It is more of a brand rather than a type.

Take for example, the Jamaican Blue Mountains that is known for its mild flavor that has no bitter taste. This is possible because of the cool and misty climate that is exclusive to the blue mountain area.

So, folks looking for this particular taste would look for this range of beans. Similarly, Kenya coffee would have a different taste and so would the beans that are grown in other parts of the world.

Now you know that if you are talking about types of coffee beans, there are only two. But, if you are looking for brands of beans that come with its unique taste profile, there are many and it would take more than an article to categorize them.

Different types of flanges are explained below in order to let interested people get an idea quickly about flanges. We know it is a kind of pipe fittings and is of several types. This assemblage would be of use to those who would like to know more about this or people belonging to pipe fittings or flange business. Here it is.

Socket Welding

Socket Weldings are vastly used for moderate services, particularly in the smaller sizes, due to it’s ease of fit-up and no alignment problem. Although generally welded at the flange hub only, the pole end may also be welded without having to reface the flange. The end weld can be ground to render a smooth bore.

Slip-on welding flanges

Slip-On welding flanges are famous for very normal service conditions because of the ease of fit-up and alignment and the extent of it’s permissible tolerance in cutting the pipe to the length.

Threaded Flanges

Threaded Flanges are immensely used because for assembling no welding equipment is required and both the pipe and flange can be completely salvaged while dismantling. Precisely cut, clean, tapered pipe thread dismensioned to ANSI A2.1 Pipe threads assure strong, extremely tight joints.

Blind

Blind flanges are generally used to stop one end of a flanged pipe, a valve orifice or the opening of a pressure vessel.

Welding Neck

Welding Necks are designed to be butt welded to the pipe. The long tapered hub reinforces the flange, permits stress- relieving, magnafluxing or x-raying the weld, when needed and opens the flange face from the heat affected zone.

Lap Joint Flanges lap joint flanges, while requiring a separate end connector, provides a joint in which the product does not come in contact with the flange. In addition the ability of the flange to rotate simplifies assembly and alignment of bolting on systems requiring frequent dismantling.

Spectacle Blind

Spectacle Blind are not real or genuine flanges but division sectors which can be inserted between two flanges to interrupt the flow of the fluid in a section line. They are manufactured in an 8-shape with one blind hole which can be completely replaced by the other to cut out the pipe section below the joint. They are only used with low nominal pressures for obvious sealing reasons.

Anybody who takes the time to make cookies from scratch obviously wants them to come out perfectly and taste delicious. Mixing ingredients is almost unheard of these days with just about everything being available in pre-mixed or pre-made packages. Most people simply buy a roll of cookie dough, slice it, and stick it in the oven for 15-18 minutes. However, for the individuals out there who still take the time to make their own cookie dough, it’s important to know the differences between all the types of sheets available in stores today. There are a multitude of them, and believe it or not, they all yield different results.

Insulated Non-stick Sheet

Most insulated sheets are made to be non-stick, and because insulated sheets are sometimes on the more expensive side, they tend to resist scratches, chipping, and peeling. Insulated cookie sheets are basically two sheets that have been connected around the edges, which creates a small pocket of air that cannot escape. The air inside of the pocket heats to the set temperature of the oven when the sheet is placed inside.

Insulated cookie sheets are very reliable for evenly baked cookies. Because the air inside the sheet heats to the temperature of the oven, it allows all the cookies on the sheet to cook and brown at the same rate. The evenly heated air prevents the sheet from being hotter in certain spots, which is a common occurrence with regular sheets. In addition to yummy cookies, most insulated sheets are easy to clean because of their non-stick surfaces.

Aluminum

Aluminum cookie sheets are very commonly used. Aluminum conducts heat well which is why cookie sheets made of this material usually produce an evenly baked cookie. The only down side to aluminum is that it sometimes prevents cookies from reaching the perfect shade of brown.

Cookie sheets made of aluminum are very sturdy and they won’t rust even if they have to be soaked in water for and extended period of time. Heavy aluminum baking sheets are better to use than the thin types that are available for less money. Thin aluminum sheets can bend and/or warp in a hot oven which can cause cookies to cook unevenly.

Non-Stick Cookie Sheets

When non-stick cookie sheets were invented, a whole new world of baking emerged. The ease of cleaning a cookie sheet with a non-stick surface is amazing, and it practically eliminates the need to butter the sheet before cooking. Washing a non-stick sheet is a breeze and hardly requires anything but a quick scrub.

Non-stick sheets have a surface coating that makes them easy to clean, yet they are still able to produce delicious cookies. Keep in mind that the darker the non-stick surface, the quicker the cookies will brown. Therefore, it’s important to read the instructions that come with the sheet to find out if the manufacturer recommends that the oven’s cooking temperature be lowered to compensate. It may be necessary to lower the temperature of the oven by about 25 degrees.

In conclusion, cookie sheets can be made of a number of different types of materials, or even a combination of materials. Every sheet will yield a different end result for the same exact cookie recipe. The darker the sheet, the faster the cookies will brown because a dark sheet absorbs heat more readily and transfers the heat directly to the cookies. Aluminum cookie sheets are good conductors of heat but are not good for ensuring that the cookies will brown. Insulated cookie sheets will ensure evenly baked cookies no matter how they are spaced on the sheet. For best results, try out a cookie recipe on all three types of sheets and determine which yields the desired results.
