First, we need to know what we’re looking for. What does the G-Spot feel like? I like to tell people that it feels a bit like sandpaper. It’s a bit rough. Trust me, you’ll know when you find it. It differs from the rest of the vagina. Another way to know if you found it is because your lover with react! She’ll love it! TARGET=”_new”

We must remember that all women are different, so the G-Spot might be located in different places. This is not to say that the G-Spot will be in entirely different places. Anatomically, the G-Spot must be relatively in the same spot. If you’re confused, don’t worry, I’m about to explain.

The first place the G-Spot can be located is just inside of the vagina on the upper wall. You will not find it, however, with a straight finger. You must crook your finger just a bit in order to probe the top of her vaginal wall. When you’ve found it, that rough little patch, begin to apply pressure and use a “come hither” motion. Some women enjoy stimulation directly on the center, but other women find it pleasurable when the sides are stimulated.

The second place you can find the G-Spot is deeper in the vagina. This spot is called the “A Spot.” The “A” stands for anterior in case you were wondering. Using the same technique as above can prove very pleasurable for your partner.

Lastly, I’m going to tell you something obvious than many people fail to realize. You can stimulate both the G-Spot and the A-Spot at the same time! Using your pointer finger and your middle finger, crook both and find both areas, slowly massaging and applying pressure. Do not be afraid to apply significant pressure. Often women are relatively numb in this area, but when adequate pressure is applied, these two spots prove exceptionally erotic!

Once you’re able to find these spots with your fingers, try it with your penis. Remember, however, that that A-Spot is not easily accessible without an fairly good sized penis.

Doing these penis exercises [http://www.penisexerciseswork.info] will help you get up to 4 inches bigger and help you do as the sex moves mentioned above.

Ever since male enhancements became available in the market, people start asking the question “where can I buy Extenze”. The main function of this oral medication is to increase the sexual drive of a person, and some say that its extent can even turn the male member into a little larger. When these features became apparent to the people, a lot of guys went out to see where they could have the supplement. Advertisements in print and online as well as infomercials direct customers to many retailers and stores where the product could be purchased. As it became popular, men became more interesting in buying Extenze. If you are among these persons, then you might want to know the following information about these male enhancement pills:

•If you ask around and tell people the query “where can I buy Extenze”, you can be sure that they would inform you that it is an over-the-counter drug, and therefore can be bought in retail outlets or drugstores. The distribution of this drug is limited to adults only, and minors are not allowed to have access to this medication.

•Extenze was said to enhance a man’s sexual capabilities, which also implies that his intimate activities will last longer and better with the use of this product. The effect of the intake of these pills is not clearly defined, as the results vary from one person to another. Some guys are able to experience the full potential of the drug, while the case might be different in some people.

•Therefore, if you want to use the product, you could start to do a little research about it so you will be able to know what you might get. In relation to this, Extenze lists the following ingredients that it is comprised of: oat straw, maca extract, L-Arginine, tribulus terrestris, Ginseng, calcium, cayenne, sarsaparilla, astragalus, ginkgo biloba extract, catuaba, yohimbe, saw palmetto, zinc, nettle, boron, and miura puama. As observed from this list, the components of the pills are mostly organic in nature, which makes the supplement an herbal medicine.

•In line with the statement above, it is a known fact that most ingredients in the pills like the ginkgo biloba extract and Ginseng have been known in many Asian countries to be functional. Before you start asking “where can I buy Extenze”, you must know that Extenze is able to affect the system of a man by stimulating the flow of his blood to the phallus. This, in effect, would result to an easier erection, which has become a major concern for aging men.

•Even so, there are still a few precautions to be taken prior to the purchase of this product. Doctors say that it might contain steroids that are not advisable for use by athletes, or some of its ingredients may cause allergic reactions to other people. Regardless, the use of this product will benefit the consumer only if it is taken properly.

There are many great places to go canoeing or kayaking in South Western Ontario. Here are three excellent paddling spots that the locals don’t want you to know about. First is Big Creek finishing at Long Point on Lake Erie, the second is Black Creek out of Port Dover, and my personal favorite The Nith River ending in Paris.

The best section of Big Creek to paddle is from county rd. 60 down to hwy. 59 at Long Point. There are however two portages between county rd.60 and the second concession, so I prefer to start at the second con session if I’m using two vehicles and park at the ramp on Front rd. at Port Royal if I’m in one vehicle.

Big Creek should not be run until after the spring run off. Because the creek is so narrow with many twist and turns, plus log jams it can make running this creek in fast water very dangerous.

If you access the creek at Front rd. you can paddle up stream or down stream, there is very little current after the spring run off, but is still plenty deep enough that you may see the odd small fishing boat or sea-doo in the lower part of the creek.

As you paddle upstream from the Front rd. access point or downstream from the second concession you will be surrounded by thick Carolinian Forest and small marshs off to the side for you to explore.

Downstream from Front rd. the creek gets wider as it heads into Big Creek Marsh. Cross straight across the marsh to hwy.59 at Long Point you can park a second vehicle here. From the second concession to hwy. 59 takes about 2-3 hours.

Black Creek can also be paddled upstream against the slow current, after the spring run-off.

I like to access the creek just below the lift bridge in Port Dover. There is a public parking lot on the west side of the creek. If you go down stream from here it will take you into the harbor and out into lake Erie. Water in the harbor can be very choppy from the boats coming and going.

As you go upstream under the lift bridge you will go past the Port Dover Yacht Club where you will see many beautiful yachts and sail boats. Also there are some old fishing trawlers wrecks sitting along the side of the creek. After the Yacht Club you go past some beautiful homes backing onto the creek.

As you past the last home the creek turns to the left, and opens up to a large marsh area.Past the marsh the creek narrows again, and carries on past Black Creek Conservation Area. This can also be used as your access point.

If water levels are low you may only be able to go a little farther after the bridge, but when they are up you can still go for a while. In the fall of 2008 I was able to go about an other half hour past the conservation area.

This is an excellent route to take for novice paddlers, we even took our two year old granddaughter on this trip. From the lift bridge in Port Dover to the conservation area and back takes about two hours. And last but not least my favorite paddling spot is the Nith River. The Nith is tributary of the Grand River running from New Hamburg to Paris.

If you are into white water paddling then this river is excellent to run with the spring run-off. Just after the run off there is still a good flow of water with some grade lll rapids.

Once the river drops to its normal level it can be run by novice paddlers. The river can be access at most bridges between New Hamberg and Paris. Most bridges are about two to three hours apart. This river can not be run upstream, as the water flow is to fast. You will need to plan your put ins and take outs.

My usual trip is from the put in just upstream from the bridge in Canning down into the Grand finishing at Optimist Park in the south end of Paris. There are some very nice sections of this river up stream too.All you need to do is pick a put out spot, park a vehicle and go back up stream a few bridges and put in.

The reason this is my favorite river is because it does not get a lot of traffic on it. Many times I have gone down the Nith and not see another person from put in to put out. Plus there is a lot of wild-life along the river. It is not unusual to see deer, muskrat, and beaver

You can get canoe and kayak rentals at Grand Experiences in Paris. So you have three great spots to go canoeing or kayaking if you are planning to visit South Western Ontario, or you live in S.W.O. and don’t want to travel a long distance to go for a paddle. I hope this is helpful to you.

I spend much of my spare time Kayaking and Canoeing. I’ve paddled many of the rivers and lakes in Ontario. If you would like to learn the basics and beyond of kayaking follow this link http://www.squidoo.com/learntokayak

My friends often ask me about where to find spanking partners. There is actually a rather clever little method.

You might think you would need to join a fetish dating site to find like-minded lovers. Although this is not strictly wrong, there is a far better route to take. You see, the trouble with fetish dating services is they charge a lot of money – in my experience, anyway. They also tend to have very few members, which can be a real problem if, like me, you live outside of a major town or city.

The solution – with a twist, though – is a general dating community; one with a big list of members.

What you need to do is join a well-known dating service that has several million members. There are at least ten sites like this available to us. Once you have created your profile – just like you would make a Facebook or myself profile – you can do a search – and this is where to find spanking partners very easily.

The benefit of choose a big general dating community, compared to a niche spanking personals site, is you get access to millions of people, you can usually join without spending any money, and you can put in clever searches to find people with a spanking fetish.

So when you do your search for local people, simply add the criteria that you only want to see results of people who like spanking. Some dating services will actually have a box you can tick of people who like this fetish; others will have a keyword field where you can type in words that are found on profiles, giving you a list of local people who have written that word or phrase.

In this way you will almost always get yourself a big list of local people who share your love to spank or to get spanked.

If you want to know where to find spanking partners, I recommend here ——-> Find Spanking Partners.

You can do everything I suggested in my article and this dating community is one of the biggest in the world.

Water is a self sustaining resource in that it can create itself through a cycle called “the water cycle”. Of course, that doesn’t answer the bigger question of “where does it come from?” This question was posed on the internet and so far the best answer has been that oxygen is the most common element of the earth’s crust and hydrogen is the most common element of the universe, so it is almost inevitable that the two molecules would find each other and form bonds. This answer was posed by Pendour on Yahoo answers and so far as been chosen the Best Answer of the bunch.

So, where does water come from? In addition to Pendour (the earth’s oxygen combining with the universe’s water)’s answer, the answer could be that water comes from water. You obviously remember the H2O cycle you learned in elementary school: the water in the lakes and oceans is evaporated by the heat of the sun and forms a vapour that joins together to form clouds. When the temperature is warm enough, the vapour condenses into drops which is what rain is made out of. The rain falls onto the earth-onto land as well as back into oceans, lakes and rivers. From the water bodies it evaporates and the cycle starts all over. The water that is found on the earth is used by plants and often people it will eventually find its way to the water table.

What about your drinking water? Where does that come from? It can come from two places-ground and surface.

Ground water is usually stored in aquifers that are underground areas where the rocks are very porous, like sponges. It is taken out of the aquifers by wells and pumps that get drilled into the ground. Ground water is often thought to be superior to surface water because it is already mostly clean. The ground’s soil acts as a cleaner and filter as the water seeps through it and down to the aquifers. If the water contains chemicals or waste, most of those will get absorbed into the soil.

Surface H2O is the water that is found in lakes, streams, wetlands and ponds. These often carry a certain amount of salinity (salt seeping into the water from the oceans). Surface water needs treatment before it can be safe for drinking and everyday use. Surface H20 is passed through water treatment facilities that are built specifically to clean and filter and then pumped out to homes and businesses. The treatment facility acts much in the same way that the soil does only in the treatment facility; this is then filtered and “enhanced” by machines.

Answering a question like “where does water come from” can be as easy as you’d like to make it. It can be as simple as It comes from rain all the way up to the explanation of how oxygen and hydrogen bond together to create individual water molecules.

What is Shea Butter?

Those who are interested in all-natural and/or organic body care products have probably heard of the amazing ingredient Shea butter. This substance is becoming more popular in the western world, as many are discovering its’ amazing ability to heal and rejuvenate the skin. We see these products in our grocery stores, natural food grocers, and drug stores. Many manufacturers claim the benefits of “Shea butter” products, yet when we look at the ingredient lists of their products, Shea butter (butyrspermum parkii) is listed near the end, following the many chemically derived, petroleum-based ingredients. With so much hype and so many claims about this great product, it is good to know the truth about what this product is and why we are just being exposed to its’ benefits.

For those unfamiliar with Shea butter, it is good to point out that this substance is not a butter at all. It is the fat from the Shea nut, which grows on the Karite tree in the many countries in the African savannah. Major exporters of this product are Ghana and Burkina Faso, although more than a dozen countries produce this crop. The inhabitants of this region have used the Shea nut and Shea butter in many different applications. They have been used to moisturize skin and hair, cook with, use in chocolate, treat skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, and treat cuts and sunburns. Shea butter has long been used in by local inhabitants and its’ beneficial properties are no surprise to them.

Shea butter is typically derived from wild Karite trees, due to the small-scale cultivation of these trees. Many of the local inhabitants receive their total livelihood from the collection of the Karite nuts and the processing of these nuts to produce Shea butter. These Karite trees are many times referred to as the “Tree of Life”, due to its’ huge impact on the local economy. The Karite tree generally begins producing fruit at approximately 25-30 years old, and can live for hundreds of years. These trees are often pollinated by fruit bats, and produce a crop of nuts that must mature and fall to the ground, where they are generally collected by the local women. These women spend a great deal of time to process these nuts in order to produce this wonderful compound, however the finished product is valuable and is well worth their time.

While the actual flesh of the Karite fruit is rich in vitamins, it is the seed which is used to make Shea butter. The nuts are sorted, and this sorting is usually a social event where the women of the village come together and fellowship as they work. Once the nuts are sorted, they are parboiled and allowed to dry in the sun for up to a week. After being totally dehydrated, they can be stored or processed in the next steps of production. They can be stored for months without any degradation in the nuts. If they proceed to the next step in production, they will be crushed with wooden pestles, or mechanic presses. Pressing causes the Shea nuts and the kernels to separate. These kernels are roasted in large pots and then ground in a grinder, resulting in a brown past. The paste is generally processed twice. Mixing and kneading of the kernels, adding water to the mixture is extremely laborious and can take several hours. The oil and fat from the nuts floats to the top of the water as the paste is squeezed. This fat is then collected into little balls, which are collected and melted. This finished product is 100% pure, raw Shea butter.

Many people prefer unrefined Shea Butter as it is the most nutrient-rich form of the Shea butter. Refined Shea butter can use hexane and other solvents that both bleach the product, but also removes vitamins and minerals. These solvents can also remain in the finished product.

The unrefined product is handmade and can vary in color and/or texture. These variances can be caused by numerous factors such as the maturity of the Shea nuts, the region in which they were grown, or the time of year they were harvested. Unrefined product can be light or dark green, beige, yellow, gray, or tan. The unrefined product retains all of the vitamins and minerals, along with the natural aroma. The production method also leaves a smoky aroma. Natural, unrefined Shea butter is sometimes overlooked by individual due to the natural, earthy and somewhat nutty aroma. This aroma generally disappears within minutes of applying it to your skin.

Refined Shea butter can be white to tan, with a smooth and creamy texture. Although it has had the scent and color removed, it can contain hexane or other solvents used to refine it. Beneficial minerals and vitamins can also be lost during the refining process.

This healing compound has many benefits and is sold in various forms, products, shapes, and sizes. Be well informed of your product prior to purchasing, as many web sites can make claims that are “too good to be true.” Shea butter is not a “heal all” compound, although it is extremely beneficial and has been used with great success, even on eczema and psoriasis. Other benefits include the following:

Safe to use on all ages

Speeds the healing of cuts, scrapes, and burns

Soothes sunburn

Excellent moisturizing properties

All-natural hair conditioner compound

Restores skin elasticity

Natural lip balm

And many more…

Shea butter is not recommended for individuals with nut or latex allergies, therefore it is a good practice to find out about it or any other products that you may use to prevent any adverse effects on the body. Shea butter is an excellent product and worth investing the time and effort into trying.

Have you ever wanted to know about your ethnicity? Do you really know if your ancestors were Native Americans or where they immigrants from other countries? You might have always known you were American or maybe a Canadian, but are you really sure that you are not part of any other race?

Has anyone come up to you and asked if you came from a certain country because you have unique traits or your actuations merit such a question? A DNA ethnicity test would be able to give you a clearer picture.

There is still hope in sight. DNA ethnicity test is already available for everyone who wants to find out where their ancestors originated.

A brief background on the subject: ethnicity testing actually started with the assumption that all human beings originated in Africa. This highly specialized test is the first of its kind to be developed. The test is able to report part European, part African, and part East Asian ancestry. To illustrate, an individual could have a possible result of 75% European and 25% East Asian. Still there are others who might come out as 40% African, 35% European, and 25% East Asian.

On the other hand, have you heard of Native tribes that used to inhabit the United States in the olden times? It is also a possibility that you are one of the descendants of one of the Native tribes. A lot of DNA testing agencies opines that the results from these tests are also applicable in qualifying ethnicity-specific scholarships, as well race-based college admissions.

This specific type of Native American DNA testing begins with collecting samples that will then undergo mitochondrial DNA and Y-chromosome testing. A mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) test tracks an individual’s maternal lineage while a Y-chromosome test will determine the paternal lineage.

However, there are a few drawbacks especially to the mtDNA test where it won’t be possible to detect constitutional American ancestry. There could be cases where an individual’s maternal lineage cannot be traced to belong to an inborn population even though all the grandparents were Native Americans.

It is a mystery where each one of us really came from and this specialized DNA testing can now provide each individual a chance to find out their own ethnicity.

I have always loved the phrase “Bloom Where You Are Planted.” But for some reason, I could never seem to do that. I was always “working” on myself. Always believing that I was never enough. Never perfect enough. Never rich enough, never smart enough, never good enough. Never, Never, Never.

Some of these beliefs about myself came from how I was raised. Some came from religious dogma, some came from what the media is constantly telling us, and many came from our tribes because it is the way it has always been done. Regardless of where it came from it was ALWAYS, and I do mean ALWAYS playing in my head. Layer after layer of being told that I was not worthy, and not good enough took its toll in my life.

I was afraid to bloom where I was planted. After all, I was not worthy of having the life that I dreamed about. I was not good enough to be happy, joyful and content.

Does any of this sound like you? Are you constantly driving down the highway with one foot on the gas on one on the break? Are you sabotaging your life because on some level you believe that you are not good enough? Do you hold onto beliefs that don’t feel right to you and are not serving your best and highest good yet you hold on to them because someone you respected taught them to you?

Do you want this to change? If you answered yes, it is time that you start realizing that you are a Divine Being having a human experience on this planet. You choose to come here so that you could joyously expand your life. You are already enough. You are already perfectly imperfect. You were put here to shine your light and be, do and have what makes your heart soar.

It is important for you to take the time to critically think about all the “rules” and “dogma” that we have been fed. It is time to sit with them and decide what feels right to you. It is time to figure out are these beliefs serving your best and highest good.

It is not my job to tell you what to believe. That my beautiful friend is up to you; all I ask of you is that you ask yourself what feels right to you and allow your Divine self to weigh in. Listen to your gut. Do these rules and dogmas feel true? Would the Source of this glorious universe make this rule or is this simply the herds thinking and man’s way of trying to control his fellow man? Our beliefs are only our beliefs because we keep thinking them. Do these rules and beliefs serve your best and highest good? It is OK to let go of the thoughts and beliefs that are not serving your best and highest good. You can expect that some people in your life will call you selfish or give you a hard time about making these changes, but they are the ones that are mistaken. They are the ones who want you to do things their way so that they can like you. It is not selfish to do what make your individual Soul soar. In fact, it is crucial to do so if you want to grow and joyously expand your life.

It is important that you know deep in your heart that you can do anything that you put your mind to and allows your soul soar. The Source of all would never give you a dream that you could not attain. If one person can do it, you can too.

The rule that I believe is that most important in our lives is the golden rule. Do unto others, and you would have done unto yourself. The golden rule is taught in every religious belief, and it is the rule that will change the world when we choose to live by it. It is the rule that will allow you to bloom where you are planted starting today. The golden rule will teach you to release judgment of yourself and others. We most often judge others harshly because they are doing something that we don’t like in ourselves. So as we learn to believe that we are all Divine beings having a human experience we will stop constantly judging ourselves. We will forgive ourselves for any perceived wrongdoing, and we will trust that everything that has happened in our lives has happened to make us the person that we are today. Everything that has happened is part of our journey of growth and joyous expansion.

Today and every day forward I bid you, join me, and BLOOM WHERE YOU ARE PLANTED. Remember that you are a glorious, delightful, gorgeous, happy, joyful, marvelous, magical, phenomenal, Divine Being and today is a good day to BLOOM WHERE YOU ARE PLANTED.

Why Video Marketing Garners Great Results for Business Owners and Entrepreneurs

Video marketing is a hot topic for us lately and for good reason.

Online marketing is a dynamic business but not always unpredictable. For years now we’ve seen consistent trends that indicate certainties such as users are used to watching ads while browsing the internet and now more than ever those videos influence their purchasing habits.

To help those on the fence with regards to their own video marketing we’ve put together a list of answers to commonly asked questions.

Is video marketing expensive?

Video marketing is only as expensive as the budget you’re working with. There are lots of ways to create effective videos that don’t cost you anything other than your time. You won’t be butting heads with industry leaders right away and as your marketing efforts help grow your business so should you grow the budget.

When it comes to making your videos focus on the value of the content over the presentation. Getting too creative can be a bad thing if it limits your ability to convey your message.

Where should you use video marketing?

* Include video in your page content

A study by Mist showed that having video on your landing page increased your chances of being found on page 1 for your targeted key phrases by 53%.

Having a page 1 SERP listing is a challenge and if you’re in a highly competitive industry where a conversion is highly valuable then it becomes a constant struggle against your competitors.

Increasing your page 1 rank chances by 53% makes a strong case for including video in your online marketing

Whether your summarize in a talking head style video or use Power Point to create a slide show video having that in your content is a great way to make the most of your video marketing.

* Include video with your blog posts

You spend a lot of time on your blog posts and the content can have just as much value as a landing page. Why not include the info as a video and increase the chances of that information reaching more people?

When you create blog content that users love they link to it in their own content marketing. Anyone marketing online knows the value of a strong link from a reputable website.

SEO authority moz.com found that by providing a video along with the blog’s text and images you expand your reach by 3X and that means 3X the users and 3X the link earning.

Should video marketing replace your blog?

Generally no but it should be made a part of it. While online videos represent 69% of all global consumer online traffic in 2017 and 69% is obviously not a number you can ignore that’s not to say your industry is necessarily on the high end of the trend towards video.

It’s likely still trending that way but don’t let it override your established efforts. User’s expectations and habits vary per industry and niche within so add it to what you’re doing rather than switching over all together.

How do you know if video marketing is right for you?

The easy answer is it most likely is but to be sure its good to test the waters.

Try some A/B testing between pages and posts and see how your engagement is with your users. You likely won’t affect your rank too much with just 1 video so check your Google Analytics to evaluate the performance.

Additionally for further insight you can also utilize the analytics from social platforms you share the content through. Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube all have their own stats you can review to see how well your content did once you added a video.

You can even reuse old content by adding a video and sharing it again. Then look at the first round of marketing’s stats vs. the stats after you added your video.

Bonus tip for marketing videos towards women

Marketing to women? A recent study by adeliestudios.com found 83% of Moms turn to the Internet when they need answers.

It makes sense that if the answer to any question a busy mom may ask is on your website then you should have an answer that’s easy to receive. And that means including video with your content.

Someone in a rush who wants an easy answer could really be assisted by having that answer in a quick, user friendly format.

Adding a video that covers the answer you have in your content could easily mean the difference between a click back and a new lead so make sure you have a video option if you are in a position to answer something a Mom might need a quick answer to.

When you do get your motorcycle, you may not know how important a chain is. This is really the most important motorcycle part that you may have on your bike. The trick is to know where to get a replacement if yours goes bad.

When you get your motorcycle for the first time you really should check the motorcycle chain and make sure that it doesn’t need replacing. If you find that it does there are many places that you can go to find those motorcycle parts. You just really need to know where you need to look to find the right one.

The first place that you will probably look to find the right chain in all the motorcycle parts is a motorcycle parts store. They’ll have everything that you need for your motorcycle and more. If you don’t see the right chain for your model of motorcycle, you can have them order it for you. This can be a great idea for people that don’t want to travel to get the right motorcycle parts.

Another good place that you can look to find this very vital motorcycle part is on the Internet. There are many stores as well as individuals that still keep motorcycle parts for you to purchase. A good way to find them is a search engine and if you can’t find what you need that way, you can also Google the name of certain companies and can get routed right to them. You also should make sure that you compare the prices between motorcycle parts stores that are on the Internet so that you can get the best deal for your money.

When you have found the right chain for your motorcycle, you may want to consider the thought of hiring someone to put it in for you. This will keep the motorcycle running well and it will also make sure that the bike has the right motorcycle parts for it. If you are a good enough mechanic, you may be able to put it in yourself, but you don’t want to mess this part up on the motorcycle. This is the one motorcycle part there that really makes the bike run and run well. So it’s important to get it right the first time instead of messing it up, and having to do it over and over again just to get it right again.
